Pyotr Lazarevich Voikov (Russian: Петр Лазаревич Войков; party alias - Петрусь and Интеллигент, or Petrus' and Intelligent) (August 13 [O.S. August 1] 1888, Kerch — June 7, 1927, Warsaw, buried in the Kremlin Wall Necropolis) was a Russian revolutionary and Soviet diplomat.
In October of 1924, Pyotr Voikov was sent to Poland as a Soviet ambassador plenipotentiary. He was assassinated by a White Guard, Boris Koverda, in Warsaw.
