South Devon cattle

South Devon cattle are the largest British beef breed. They originate from Devon, England and whilst they may originate from as early as the 16th century, the South Devon Herd Book Society of England was not formed until 1891. They are a copper red in colour.
They are now widespread across the globe and have proved a useful beef breed.
