Team Medical Dragon (医龍-Team Medical Dragon- Iryū -Team Medical Dragon-?) is a young man manga about Japanese medical care drawn by Taro Nogizaka with original bill by Akira Nagai and medically supervised by Mie Yoshinuma that was adapted into a television play.

This has published serially in Biggukomikkusuperiōru from 2002. A section prize winner for 50th Shogakukan Comics Prize. It is a story to accuse many problems to surround medical care as of a medical error, anticancer agent treatment, in-hospital infection, a medical office system with attractive characters.
Nagai Akira, the creator of original bill, had played an active part as a doctor & medical journalist, but, from liver cancer, died on July 7, 2004.
