This image, Xmenstud`cio009zi3.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright by 20th Century Fox, I feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

No free alternative can exist given the likeness of the character Storm is a trademark and thus protected;
It is a low resolution copy of a movie picture;
The image was released to the media to promote the film in question X-Men 3;
It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the movie in any way;
The image is significant; it features Academy Award-winning actress Halle Berry portraying Storm, ultimately proving how important Storm is in pop culture. This is why a picture of Storm / Berry should be included in the "Storm" article in the approproate section.
