The Fendall Building, 4 1/2 West and Louisiana Ave., Washington, D.C. The Law Office Building, which was renamed "John Marshall Place". This was the original home site of Philip Richard Fendall II (1794-1868), which was torn down in 1886. The Fendall Building was torn down in 1931-1932 and is now the site of the large police building. It is located 4 blocks from the National Capital.
