The company has experienced substantial corporate growth in the past year. Partnering agreements with other leading defense industry manufacturers such as Armor Holdings and BAE Systems, as well as a recently announced joint venture company with General Dynamics, have been made to merge Force Protection's proprietary designs with the manufacturing capacity necessary to meet increasing demand. - Cheetah - The Cheetah is designed for urban operations, reconnaisance, and forward command and control. It combines state-of-the-art ballistic and blast protection with the mobility of a unique light-armored vehicle. Its speed and road handling make it ideal for homeland security missions.
- Cougar - The Cougar is a medium sized mine-protected vehicle for command and control, artillery prime mover, recovery and ambulance duty. It competes and beats the Humvee or Hummer in survival in mine and IED blasts. [3]
