[edit] Synopsis
Brandy is trying to teach Lola Boa how to perform a pedicure while Mr. Whiskers is trying to master his ability to be a one bunny orchestra. Brandy gets frustrated and yells at Mr. Whiskers because he is distracting her and messing her up while Mr. Whiskers yells at her for always ruining her fun. After the two bicker for quite some time, Lola Boa suggests that they go see Dr. Phyllis, a relationshipologist who helps people work out their differences to strengthen their relationships, though the two do not go until Lola Boa threatens them in order to force them to go. Dr. Phyllis asks Brandy what she feels about Mr. Whiskers, in which she replies that he always messes with her things and he never leaves her alone, though Dr. Phyllis discourages her from using words such as always or never. Dr. Phyllis then asks Mr. Whiskers what he feels about Brandy, though when he replies with purple, Brandy insults him and Dr. Phyllis decides that it’s time for a different experiment. Dr. Phyllis suggests they try some role reversal techniques that will permit them to try to see through one another’s perspective. Brandy is reluctant too, but after Mr. Whiskers starts speaking in a tone that is much different than hers but still in a similar fashion, she proclaims he is mocking her but Dr. Phyllis thinks he is doing a good job. Brandy then begins to speak in a voice similar to Mr. Whiskers, in which she mocks him, though it doesn’t have much effect. Dr. Phyllis recommends they come back to her in a week and they head home, though when Mr. Whiskers refuses to stop imitating her, she tells him to leave being Brandy Harrington to Brandy Harrington, and she goes to sleep. The next day, she finds herself dressed in Mr. Whiskers’ jump suit with rabbit ears glued onto her head, in which Mr. Whiskers is wearing Brandy’s clothes and is still imitating Brandy. When Lola Boa comes in and asks Brandy if she still wants to go to the watering hole, Brandy replies that she wants to once she gets the rabbit ears off of her head, though Lola Boa believes that Brandy is Mr. Whiskers, which causes Mr. Whiskers to go off with Lola Boa, all the while pretending to be Brandy. Brandy decides to go to the watering hold to prove to her friends that Mr. Whiskers isn’t her, though when they laugh at her and refuse to believe what she said, they begin to walk away. Ed then arrives and asks Brandy what she is doing, though he addresses her as Mr. Whiskers because he is fooled by the outfit as well, which Brandy tries to explain what is going on, though he just plays along and runs off to pretend he is Lola Boa. Brandy is at her wits end because she feels everyone is messing with her on purpose and she goes to Dr. Phyllis to try to get some help, but Dr. Phyllis believe she is Mr. Whiskers and she is concerned about his mental health, which causes Brandy to run away in frustration. Brandy eventually decides that if Mr. Whiskers wants to be Brandy, then she’ll show him what it’s like to be Mr. Whiskers, in which she heads home and begins to mess with Mr. Whiskers. She rearranges the house to cause Mr. Whiskers to grow weary, though when he behaves in a manner that is definitely not like Brandy, she tries to tell him what he’s doing wrong but he disregards her. Brandy then gets the idea to get Mr. Whiskers orchestra equipment and she begins to play music as a one person orchestra, which eventually causes Mr. Whiskers to snap and he begs to be himself again. Mr. Whiskers and Brandy, as themselves, go back to Dr. Phyllis and the begin talking to her about how much their relationship has grown, in which Dr. Phyllis makes a remark asking if everyone is themselves now and Brandy quickly says yes. The episode ends with Brandy and Mr. Whiskers walking back home, all the while Mr. Whiskers bugging Brandy about what Dr. Phyllis said, which causes them to resume fighting as they did in the beginning of the episode.
