Georgi Kakalov (Bulgarian: Георги Какалов) (born July 18, 1984) is a football midfielder/striker from Bulgaria currently playing for PFC Botev Plovdiv. Talanted player but bad-tampered, permanently involving in scandals whether in the professional field i.e. during football games, or out of it, in his civil life. Kakalov, rather looking like a rock-star, long-haired, attractive, often loses his nerves in the ground as shows real "troglodyte" manners, cursing his rivals, spitting them, punching them. Because of the five red cards in row he got within just the semi-season 2006/07 Kakalov became the first player in the football history of Bulgaria who got a personal shrink attached to him by PFC Botev officials for helping Kakalov to resolve his problems with aggression. It is his evil and unpredictable temper that recently leads Kakalov's football career to failure, though in not the far past the undoubtedly gifted player was in Sofia football grands' schedules to be, CSKA Sofia and Levski Sofia, and even in the Bulgaria national team manager Hristo Stoitchkov's as well.
