State Route 338 is a north-south route in Laurens County in central Georgia. From its northern terminus at U.S. 441/S.R. 29 northwest of Dublin, the route runs southwest to the town of Dudley, where it crosses U.S. 80. Just south of Dudley, S.R. 338 has an interchange with Interstate 16. The route continues south, passing through the town of Dexter, before reaching its southern terminus at S.R. 117 in Cadwell.
