German Spitz (Mittel)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
[edit] Appearance
The German Spitz Mitel is very similar to the other sizes of Spitz's. To qualify as a particular class of Spitz the dog is catagorised by size. (30-38cms measured at the withers and be between 7 to 11kgs by weight) [1], [2].
Example of Mittel
This is a picture of 'Deedee'. She is 12 years old and is seen here posing on Hadrian's Wall in Scotland (Mile fort 42). She is a about as big as a Mittel can be. The picture shows her with her tail down which is probably due to the cold wind!

This links gives a good description of the breed [3].
