Thanks for uploading Image:Big Barbra-Desktop Folder-Bligh.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then there needs to be an argument why we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then it needs to be specified where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, consider reading fair use, and then use a tag such as {{fairusein|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other media, consider checking that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. The image is an original still in my collection released by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer to promote the film (1936). These images were meant to be published in magazines for publicity purposes. the text itself by MGM sadly doesn't credit the photographer, that's why there's no photographer credit. The only thing I can do is credit the current copyright owners of the movie, Warner Bros and Turner Entertainment, though of course, the rightful owner of the rights would be the excellent but uncredited still photographer. Hi Gloria Porta. I just wanted to say thanks for your message and the info in it. From the first time that I saw the The Private Life of Henry VIII I was interested in both of their careers and read what I could. My interest in them was renewed when I read Christopher Bram's 'Father oI Frankenstein'. It contains several references to them and their move to Hollywood that weren't covered in the film Gods and Monsters and even though it was a fictionalized telling of events I thought he did a nice job. I also learned, as I got older, that I had to take any autobiography or biography with a grain of salt. As you know they are all telling the truth as they see it but friendship and loyalties can get in the way and sometimes what they aren't saying is as important as what they are. All that aside the main reason I made my entry was that the way it read before just seemed a little one-sided. I thought it was handled a little more evenly on Laughton's page, so I just wanted to make it a little more neutral (nice misspelling of that word in the edit summary by me don't you think?).
