I believe that this picture is fair use as:

It is useful in emphasising the character in the Harry Potter universe.
It is a low quality scan.
It's picture is freely available through the web.
The posting of the picture will not inhibit or lessen the potential sales of the product.

I believe that it also falls under fair use, since this is the only known official image for Godric Griffindor. It is useful in that it emphasizes the article and the character description.

I'm not sure which license this would fall under, as there are licence parts for video games, but not card games. I am putting it as a fair use image, since it is only to be used as an example, and it is the only known official image.
