GTI (Freespace)

In the fictional Descent: FreeSpace game universe, the GTI, or Galactic Terran Intelligence, were the Intelligence arm of the Galactic Terran Alliance before this body was merged into the Galactic Terran Vasudan Alliance. The GTI are referenced several times in the original FreeSpace game, but are best known as the main enemy in the Silent Threat expansion pack, where rogue officers attempted to stage a coup in what became known as the Hades Rebellion.
