So what does it mean when they say someone is Gumby? Funny? Cool? Helpful? or what?

Gumby is still the best glop of green clay EVER!!! He should still be on the air. But there might be no more Gumby now :( But gumby will always be in my heart.

Is there neone who has any conclusive evidence against these drug charges, in relation to this infamous sound bite

I don't believe that even existed in 1995, Gumby was on Nickelodeon.
I've seen it listed on the wikipedia pages for Cartoon network, Nickelodeon, and the disney channel. I think something has to be wrong.
