Gwyn Prosser

Gwynfor Matthew Prosser, known as Gwyn Prosser, (born 27 April 1943, Swansea) is a Labour Party politician in the United Kingdom. He is member of Parliament for Dover and Deal, and was first elected in 1997.
Prosser was elected to Dover District Council in 1987 and was also a Kent County Councillor.
