Highway 646 is the second-most northerly provincial highway in the entire network, surpassed only by Secondary Highway 599. The road travels through Pickle Lake, Ontario where it intersects Highway 599, and links the towns of Pickle Crow, Ontario (to the east), and Pickle Lake Airport (to the west) to the rest of the province.
