I'm Really Hot is the second and final single from Missy Elliott's 5th album This Is Not a Test! The video remix of the song contains a sample of "Hot Music" by British pop trio Soho. Cameos in the video were made by Missy's friend and fellow R&B singer Tweet and the same child dancers from the videos for "Work It" and "Gossip Folks".
