Could he mean my talk page? Apparently I got the replacement image wrong - it should be Image:Flag of Serbia.svg instead. Apart from slight color variations, the two look identical to me. Delete Umm, actually, a cropped photo from a magazine cover is automatically NOT fair use. See WP:FAIR#counterexamples #5.
