Imperia Tower is a multifuntional complex located on site 4 of Moscow International Business Center "Moscow City". It will consist of 2 buildings, the mixed-use Building A and Aquapark entertainment complex in Building B.
Building A, totaling 60 floors, will incorporate over 98,000 square meters of Class-A office space, 45,000 square meters of apartments, a 250 room hotel (30,000 square meters), and assorted retail outlets.
Building B will incorporate the Aquapark and will be a focus of entertainment for the MIBC Complex. It will also house a shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, and will be open year-round.
