The Institute of Company Secretaries of India is a institute which conducts examination for company secretaries in India. The post of company secretary is mandatory for public limited companies listed in Indian stock exchanges. Company secretaries enforce various laws related to companies enacted by the Government of India.
Generally a person must posses a bachelors degree for appearing for a company secretary examination.
