In the U.S. state of Wisconsin, Interstate 90 (normally called, Highway 90 or I-90) runs east-west through the western, central and southern portions of the state.

[edit] Route Description
A total of 187 miles of Interstate 94 lie in Wisconsin[1]
The route enters from Minnesota over the Mississippi River just northwest of La Crosse. The route passes north of La Crosse and south of Onalaska as it heads towards Tomah. Once there, it joins Interstate 94. The two interstates remain joined for the next 91.76 miles to Madison. the route collects Interstate 39 63 miles southeast of Tomah (near Portage). The triplex (30 miles) is the longest triplex of of the Interstate Highway system and only one of two in existence. I-39 continues along I-90 for the remaining 78 miles in Wisconsin.
After I-94 breaks away eastward toward Milwaukee at what is commonly known as the "Badger Interchange" where the three interstates meet with WIS 30, The remaining routes continue south to Janesville and Beloit before exiting the state.
