[edit] Not sure...
ISMHO is run by John Grohol, who is a pretty prominent psychologist (although he hasn't got a Wiki page). But ISMHO hasn't put out any press releases in several years, I guess. ISMHO exists, and they're still collecting dues, and they've still got members, and their web site is current to this week. A search on Google Scholar turn up about 50 mentions in the last 5 years in soc-sci & academic computer journals, but there's nothing in Google News about them... Flopzee 02:48, 9 December 2005 (UTC)
- ISMHO is no longer run by Grohol, although he does maintain the organization's website. The organization appears to be running strong and has been around since 1997. My understanding is that they still have about 200 members around the world and meet annually at the American Psychological Association convention, where its members regularly present. It still appears to be the go-to organization for mental health professionals who are interested in providing mental health services via the Internet (be it by e-mail, chat, forums, etc.). jszack 18:06, 15 September 2006 (UTC)
