Isa Khan (Bangla: ঈসা খাঁ) is the most famous of the Baro Bhuiyans(twelve Bhuiyans) of medieval Bengal. It is estimated that he was born in 1529. He was the ruler of a region named Bhati.

His area was known as Bhati-that now comprises parts of the districts of Dhaka, Narayanganj and Mymensingh in Bangladesh. His capital city was in Sonargaon, at Narayanganj near present day Dhaka city.

He was the chief of Baro Bhuiyans, (the famous twelve landlords). Bangla was a very crucial area for the outcomers and Bhuiyans always tried to keep it independent. The most momentous moment of his life was repelling the forces of the legendary Mansingh, the great general of Mughal emperor Akbar. This incident has come to represent the definace and love of freedom of the people of Bengal and has been celebrated in numerous plays, songs, ballads and novels.
