Talk:ISO 3166

The convention wrt. using "tt" around the codes makes the tables look much neater, aligning the columns. The other alternative would be to use HTML tables, but they are really a pain to read/maintain as wiki-source. Egil 09:47 Feb 3, 2003 (UTC)
- It would be nice to have the current two-letter codes together with the numeric codes (or 3-letter alpha codes) in the same table/list --- User:Docu
What about moving some content to ISO 3166-1? Because the country codes are not ISO 3166 but, ISO 3166-1.
[edit] an additional list
what about combining http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1 with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_and_capitals_in_native_languages
or adding native country names to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1 ?
