James Henry Hawley (b. January 17, 1847, Dubuque, Iowa – died August 3, 1929, Boise, Idaho) was Governor of Idaho from 1911 until 1913.
Hawley also served as mayor of Boise from 1903 to 1905; he died in 1929, aged 82.
