James Wolcott Wadsworth

James Wolcott Wadsworth (October 12, 1846– December 24, 1926) was an American farmer, soldier, and statesman from Geneseo, New York. He represented New York in the United States House of Representatives. Before entering Congress, Wadsworth also served as New York State Comptroller from 1880 to 1881.
