Jani Galik (born September 10, 1984 in Přerov, Czech Republic) is a Czech soccer player, who last played midfielder for the New England Revolution in Major League Soccer. Jani's has also stated that his dream is to become a SL Benfica player just like his idol Karel Poborský.
Although born in the Czech Republic, Galik grew up in Sarasota, Florida. After high school he committed to played college soccer at Florida Atlantic University but never followed through. Instead he attended the IMG Academy in Bradenton where he played two years with the Bradenton Academics, scoring 1 goal in 30 appearances.
On April 1, 2006 he signed a developmental contract with the New England Revolution, but was waived at the end of the season.
