Johnny Lucadello

John Lucadello (February 22, 1919 - October 30, 2001) born in Thurber, Texas was a second baseman for the St. Louis Browns (1938-41 and 1946) and New York Yankees (1947).
He helped the Yankees win the 1947 World Series.
In 6 seasons he played in 239 Games and had 686 At Bats, 95 Runs, 181 Hits, 36 Doubles, 7 Triples, 5 Home Runs, 60 RBI, 6 Stolen Bases, 93 Walks, .264 Batting Average, .353 On-base percentage, .359 Slugging Percentage, 246 Total Bases and 5 Sacrifice Hits.
He died in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 82.
