This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | unblock | contribs) asked to be unblocked, but an administrator or other user has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators or users can also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). This unblock request continues to be visible. Do not replace this message with another unblock request nor add another unblock request.
Request reason: "I do not know why I have been blocked. This account was created by me to be used for legitamate editing and almost immediately Misza13 (talk • contribs • blocks • protects • deletions • moves) blocks the account permenantly for no apparent reason. I have no clue as to why he blocked it but I suspect this is a case of "slipping the wrong button on the wrong user". I strongly suspect this is the case here as many admins have made many mistakes in the past with the block button such as when Deskana (talk • contribs • blocks • protects • deletions • moves) and Titoxd (talk • contribs • blocks • protects • deletions • moves) accidently blocked themselves indefinately for vandalism or when Jimbo himself was blocked. However I do know for a fact that my username does NOT violate the Username policy in absolutely any way. So that's been ruled out. I would just humblely request a brief clarification on the matter. Thank you. Sincerely, --John Malcolm Robinson 05:03, 31 March 2007 (UTC)"
Decline reason: "While I do not know why you were blocked under {{Usernameblock}}, it is blatantly obvious that you are not a new user, as you have knowledge {{admin}}, the WP:USERNAME shortcut, as well as indepth knowledge on three separate incidents where users were accidentally blocked by themselves. As such, I have tweaked the block so you will not be able to create a new username.—Ryūlóng (竜龍) 05:13, 31 March 2007 (UTC)"
