Jorge looks almost completely white. What was his dad's race? -Amit
Many Mexican nationals have a similar skin tone.

What's his Ph.D. in, what was he a professor of?
He was a visiting professor of Latin American and Caribbean Studies at NYU (New York University) from 1997 until he held the position of foriegn minister under Vincente Fox (whether his administration was successful or no remains to be subjectively considered). Now, I am not sure where he is currently teaching; I thought he went back to NYU, but I am not positive.
