Joshua Clottey (born in 1977) is a Welterweight boxer who hails from Accra, Ghana, but now lives in the Bronx, New York. He was, as of 2006, a world-ranked boxer.
On December 2, 2006, Clottey was a contender for world boxing champion, but he broke his hand in the fourth round of his first title try. He ended up losing in a lopsided{cite-source} unanimous decision to world boxing organization champion Antonio Margarito.
