[edit] Noah's Ark - other accounts
Julian - you might like to look at the revised section in Noah's ark regarding other versions of the flood - I'd value your knowledge of mythology and Biblical criticism. PiCo 02:26, 19 January 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks for the suggestion - but I've very little knowledge on the other versions of the flood outside the Biblical. Codec 08:21, 19 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Noah's Ark featured article candidate
Julian
I'd like to put up Noah's Ark as a candidate for featured article. Since you've taken a recent interest in it, I thought you might like to have another look to see if there are any further tweaks you'd like to make to that end. Cheers PiCo 12:35, 24 February 2006 (UTC)
- Julian: I've put up the nomination. If you want to vote, go to Wikipedia:Featured_article_candidates and scroll down till you find the article link. Whether you support or object to the nomination, you need to explain your vote in terms of whether the article meets all the criteria for FA (to be found at the top of the page). [edit] Snow-white Miriam
There's currently a discussion going on in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Snow-white Miriam about whether to delete this article. You might want to present your views there. Best,--Shirahadasha 01:32, 20 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Bad Reference
I couldn't find anything in the reference added to lac operon to support the statement to which it was attached and replaced it with the 'fact' remplate. I think it's important not to rush adding references like this or else it undermines much of Wikipedia's ability to support its content. I'd rather wait however long it takes for a correct reference or see the sentence removed. --Seans Potato Business 11:19, 17 February 2007 (UTC)
