Karasuma Station
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Karasuma Station (烏丸駅, -eki) is one of the busiest stations outside of Umeda Station and Kawaramachi Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Line. Located at the intersection of Karasuma and Shijo Streets, the station is located underground from the myriad banks and financial institutions that populate the intersection. Daimaru and a few other stores on are located near the station, and there is a long underground walkway linking Karasuma Station with Kawaramachi Station.
