I've heard that Ghandi beat his wife from quite a few people, can anyone back this up with a citation? or is it just an urban legend. Either way it should probably be noted either here or on the Ghandi entry

[edit] Marriage at age 13 to Gandhi

If she was born in April 1869, she'd have been 13 in May 1882. However, the article on Gandhi himself says that he was born in October 1869, which'd have made him 12 in May 1882 when they both married. This article claims that both him and her were 13. Either this is incorrect or the dates of birth are.--h i s s p a c e r e s e a r c h 16:48, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Vandalism?

I noticed that there are many apparent mispellings of Kasturba's name throughout this article. Most of the references on her page spell it "Masturba". Seems like obvious vandalism unless this is an alternate spelling of her name. If this is the case, I think that we should aim for consistency and use only one spelling.
