KBFX-CA is a Class A low-power television station serving Bakersfield, California. It is a FOX affiliate, and transmits on UHF channel 58 in analog. It is also broadcast digitally (standard definition only) on KBAK-DT's second subchannel. The digital signal is RF channel 33-2 and virtual mapped channel 58-2.
KBFX is owned and operated by the local CBS affiliate, KBAK-TV. KBAK parent company Westwind Communications bought KBFX in 2005 from previous owner Pappas Telecasting, which owns Fresno FOX affiliate KMPH.
