Kim Jae Hoon is a fictional character from the SNK fighting game Garou: Mark of the Wolves. A practitioner of Tae Kwon Do, he resembles his father (in personality much more so than in physical appearance) more than his elder brother Dong Hwan.
The more studious and reserved of the brothers Kim, Jae Hoon always chides his brother for his laziness, arrogance, and inability to hold down a steady girlfriend, though he nonetheless respects Dong Hwan's abilities. Jae Hoon also shares his father's love for his family, many of his gameplay techniques and inputs, and a strong sense of justice, to the point where he even mimics his father's battlecry against those who he perceives as evil. Jae Hoon seems a tad overzealous, however, as he accuses Gato of being evil despite his father not doing this in KOF 2003 or KOF XI.
[edit] Gameplay
As he is a near-perfect replica of his father Kim Kaphwan, Jae Hoon shares the same special moves, super moves, and inputs as his father. Thus, he is a fairly straightforward rushdown character with some defensive capability (e.g. Hien Zan, a somersault kick somewhat resembling Guile of Street Fighter's that also shares the same input). The only real difference between Jae Hoon and his father is that many of his attacks incorporate large bursts of fire - in particular, the final strike of his DM Hou'ou Kyaku unleashes a flame that resembles the titular phoenix with a loud screech.
