Reasons for creation:
The idea of liberal neutrality is a very important one in the field of political philosophy, yet it does not have an article dedicated to it. It is a concept that comes up in many forms of discussion; a quick search on Google Scholar brings up a huge number of links to scholarly articles on it.
Currently I don't have time to write this article as I am finishing my thesis off, however hopefully other editors can have a go. Cxk271 16:35, 27 September 2006 (UTC)
