Life of a Troubled Child is the debut album from Smitty. It was originally to release in September 6, 2005 but was pushed back for unknown reasons.
Smitty released his debut single effort "Diamonds on My Neck", a moderate success on the Billboard charts, the video for which was directed by Hype Williams.
A released song "Lil Haiti" which is produced by The Runners is rumored to be on the album.
A song called "Dope Boy" which was produced by Nitti is also rumored to be on the album.
