I made some small changes, hopefully to encourage some more work on this page. I removed "râpé fritters" from the list of famous regional foods, because I have no idea what this refers to (although sounds potentially very delicious). CapnPrep 12:48, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
- I removed the merger tag. The current administrative région and the historical province are two distinct things. The current région is much larger than the historical province, as is explained in the article. Hardouin 22:50, 2 September 2006 (UTC)
