Lynn Williams (born July 11, 1960 in Regina, Saskatchewan) is a Canadian athlete who competed mainly in the 3,000 metres.
She competed for Canada in the 1984 Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles, USA in the 3,000 metres where she won the bronze medal. Four years later in Seoul, South Korea she finished fourth in the 1.500 metres.
