M-18 is a 77 mile south-north state trunkline in the central portion of the lower peninsula in the state of Michigan.

The highway begins about 20 miles northeast of Mount Pleasant at a junction with US 10. From there, it travels northward through Gladwin and Roscommon counties, past Houghton Lake ending at a junction with M-72 near Luzerne. North of Roscommon, M-18 runs through Huron National Forest
