[edit] Welcome
Welcome!
Hello, Madduck, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}}
on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome! And incidentally, though I doubt it's needed, you might want to read WP:AUTO for advice on editing the article on you. --Gwern (contribs) 14:39, 5 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] categories
Those categories are for Wikipedia user pages while the article Martin Krafft is an encyclopedia article. In general we try to avoid putting Wikipedia-specific categories and links on Wikipedia articles. The guideline you might want to read is Wikipedia:Avoid self-references, and "User categories such as Category:User en and Category:Wikipedians" are considered self-references. ugen64 21:35, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
