Marcy Playground is the self-titled album by Marcy Playground, released in 1997. It featured the huge hit, "Sex and Candy" which spent 15 weeks at #1 on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart, at the time a record. They are considered a one album wonder. It was released on Feb 25 1997 with EMI. It was then re-released later that year (Oct 7) with Capitol Records.
