Maryland Route 310 is a road in Cecil County, Maryland running from Cayots Corner east to the Delaware border.

For its entire route, Maryland 310 is called Cayots Corner Road. It runs about 4 miles east-west. Across the Delaware border, the road continues as Churchtown Road.
