Maryland Route 384
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Maryland Route 384 is a section of Colesville Road in Silver Spring, Maryland that is slighty more that a half of a mile in length. Route 384 starts at Blair Circle on the Maryland-D.C. line and continues to Georgia Avenue, past which Colesville Road becomes U.S. Route 29.
This section of Colesville Road was originally part of Route 29, but became Route 384 when Washington, D.C. moved Route 29 from 16th Street, N.W. to Georgia Avenue, N.W.
Route 384 is in the midst of a busy shopping district that also includes the Silver Spring Metrorail Station, the National Oceanographic Data Center, and the National Weather Service Headquarters.
