This is most likely a next to unique photo of a historical person (Auschwitz physician, Josef Mengele). Mengele escaped Germany during the fall of the Third Reich and was never prosecuted for his so-called "experiments" on human subjects. Since he lived much of his life in secrecy, finding a replacement photo of him in the later state of his life must be extremely difficult.
