New York State Route 351 is a state highway in New York State. It begins at NY 43 in West Sand Lake and ends at NY 2 in Clums Corners in the town of Poestenkill. It is located entirely within Rensselaer County.

NY 351 begins approximately 2/3 mile east of the West Sand Lake intersection of NY 43 and NY 151. A two-lane highway, it meanders northward, crossing NY 66, then entering the hamlet of Poestenkill at an all-way stop intersection with NY 355 (and the former NY 154), together with CR 40. Continuing northward, NY 351 reaches NY 2 in Clums Corners, near the Brittonkill High School.
