New York State Route 456 is a short state highway in the northern part of New York, USA. This highway is located entirely within the eastern part of the Town of Beekmantown in Clinton County.
The western terminus is at NY 22 by the community of Beekmantown (also called Beekmantown Corners) and the west terminus is at US 9 east of Interstate 87 and west of Point Au Roche State Park.
