No Answers in Genesis

No Answers in Genesis is an organization founded by Australian atheist and skeptic John Stear, a retired civil servant, to defend the theory of evolution, and, more specifically, to counter young Earth creationist arguments put forward by Answers in Genesis.

The purpose of the organisation's website is to rebut creationist arguments against evolution. Stear states that the site is meant for educational purposes as well as to illustrate the problems with Young Earth Creationism.

The site is quoted by such websites as the talk.origins archive as well as by broadcasting organisations such as BBC News[1], the Geological Society of America[2] and the Australian Skeptics. It was also recommended as a resource for the National Conference on the Teaching of Evolution (NCTE)[3], a conference supported by the National Science Foundation (U.S.) , the University of California Museum of Paleontology, and the Geological Society of America and organised by the Paleontological Society, the Society for the Study of Evolution, and the Society of Vertebrate Paleontology.
