When did Noggin first appear on TV? I know that it debuted in 1999, but when was the date (month, date, 1999)?--Mikejacoby13 20:37, 1 January 2006 (UTC)
Ma'am, it's Day, Month, Year, not Month-Date. Date means the whole format, day, month, and year. It first debuted on 2 February 1999 and will end tomorrow because of vandalism of preschoolers.--Luke Elms 02:40, 1 October 2006 (UTC)

The template in the top right-hand side corner is slightly confusing - it makes the US and the UK channel look like the same one! Perhaps it can be replaced with 2 separate ones (one for the UK, and another for the US)
[edit] Shutting the network off
Yesterday I told Noggin to shut off the programming because it is for adults only and it destroys preschoolers' skills for learning, especially Oobi.
